Paint chips eaten from babies crib?
Question by mommy to a princess: Paint chips eaten from babies crib?
My 12 months old wakes up in the morning and will stand in her crib "talking and playing" while I get her milk ready and breakfast started. When I went in to get her she had paint chips on her hand and chin and a few tiny ones on her tongue. She has been chewing on the side of the crib. She has a whole teething bar over the rail that goes down but I've never seen them for the side. Anyway the crib is a heritage and is brand new last year ( converter ). I called the on call doc and she said it's fine because the paint is non toxic since it's a new crib and it wasn't a crazy amount. Anybody else have kids that do this! Do they make teething bars for the sides too? Thanks.

Yes, my little girl is chipping away at her's like she is a baby beaver!
My son never did that, maybe it is a girl thing?
