Does anyone know of any good cribs?
Ive been looking for a converible crib but one that u wont easily confuse the top from the bottom of the side rail( like some simplicity cribs, im staying away from those and Graco) i did find a Da Vinci Kalani crib( no drop side)... The style is something i like and i think its not too tall for me (being only 5 ft) but the wood i heard can get scratched very easily and since its a convertible and it will last long i sorta dont want scratches and dents in it.i really want a safe, stylish, convertible crib that doesnt cost over 350$. My budget is really 300$ considering i have to order it online. i have almost no stores around here.... does anyone know of one?? or should i just go with a regular crib?? i dont know what to get... we have a while b4 the baby comes( like 4 months)but i dont know how long the crib wil take to get here.. Thanx ![]()
We got ours from JCPenney. Here's a link: http://www4.jcpenney.com/jcp/X3.aspx?DeptID=42249&CatID=42330&cmCatLevel=3&CmCatId=42249
It's solid wood and has lasted through two kids very well. It does convert into a million different things, but we've never used it for anything other than a crib. The only scratches its gotten is from the kids biting on the rail, it does have a teething bar on one rail, but the other parts have gotten chewed on too. I think when we got it nearly 5 years ago we paid about $350 including shipping and tax. I don't see the exact mission style crib on their site anymore, but they have a lot of cute cribs.
